TheraSwedish Massage This is one of the most known techniques, it includes: effleurage (which is long sweeping strokes), petrissage ( a kneading technique to influence circulation), and the primary goal of this massage is relaxation with light to medium pressure. This is not your typical Swedish Massage. It will still be very relaxing, but much more advanced then most Swedish Massages.
TheraPrenatal Massage Do you have trouble sleeping? Are you in pain? Well this treatment is exactly what you need to give you the most comfort in this time of your life.
