Should I avoid a massage if I'm pregnant?
Not at all, although you'll want to avoid treatments using
deep pressure and heat. You might want to take advantage of our
customized Mother-to-Be package or a prenatal massage. Please
advise us of your due date when booking your appointment.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please let us
know at least 24 hours in advance. If you are not able to keep your
appointment you can reschedule by giving us a call. If you do not cancel
withing 24 hours there may be a 50% charge.

Who provides what for the massage?
A professional massage table, oil, and music are provided. If you
have any preference on music, it can be used as well. We ask
that you provide a hand towel for your face, and either a large bath
towel or sheet to be covered with.

Do you provide Chair or Seated massage?
Chair massage is usually provided in a business or corporate
setting, as well as any high end private parties. It is also used for
introducing clients to massage and bodywork. Clients remain fully
clothed during a chair massage. Swedish massage is generally the
technique that is used, but stretching and a little deep tissue are also
used to provide you with maximum results.

Where do you provide the massage?
Where ever you are: house, work, hotel, etc.

Do I have to disrobe entirely for a session?
No it is our policy that for any massage session, you should wear
undergarments or a swim suit bottom.

What if I have special health considerations?
Be sure to notify us before booking your treatments if you
have high blood pressure, allergies, pregnant, disabilities or
any other physical ailments that may be affected by a massage.
If you have any concerns at all, please let us know. It is
recommended that you don right after your session.

Can I ask the therapist to adjust things to increase my comfort?
Definitely. This is your time and you should enjoy the experience
to the fullest. Whether it is the room temperature, the amount of
pressure, or the volume of the music, just ask.

What should I do before my treatment?
It is recommend that you enjoy a nice relaxing hot shower prior to
your treatment. Showering is essential before any treatment, because
the beneficial oils are best absorbed through clean skin. Also drinking
a few bottles of water before and after your session is very beneficial.

What is the tipping policy?
In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the
therapist at your discretion. A customary 15%-20% is greatly appreciated.
